Fruux..an easy way to sync you Macs !

MobileMe is ridiculously priced and has been buggy. I tried MobileMe during its trial period and didn’t find it worth the money. Since then I have been in search of a good sync application that can sync contacts, calendars and bookmarks between my iMac and MacBook Pro.  Calendar is not much of a problem for me since I use google calender and iCal can subscribe and sync with google calendar, but syncing my contacts and bookmarks has been my issue.  Well, I could have usedgoogle sync, but there were certain aspect that I didn’t appreciate much. My search ended last few days ago when I stumbled upon Fruux

What I like about Fruux is, its easy to install and setup and to top that its free (at least for now) 🙂   Unlike MobileMe,  it worked like a charm the first time I tried it.   Follow this link to see how to you can get Fruux up and running on your Macs  http://fruux.com/faq/read/items/install/ I wish they have a web interface, so I can look up address when I am on the go and do not have my iTouch or MBP handy.  Try it and let me know how it worked out for you.
