Well,\u00c2\u00a0 IBM has made it easier in DB2 V9.7.\u00c2\u00a0 They now have a\u00c2\u00a0 monitor routine called MON_GET_INDEX that can help identify the indexes that are not used.\u00c2\u00a0 Alternatively you can still use db2pd and tcbstats\u00c2\u00a0to find the unused indexes as well.\u00c2\u00a0 Here is <a href=\"https:\/\/techsatwork.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/index_usage.txt\">a script <\/a>that will work on your DB2 V9.7 . You need to create a table (the ddl is on the script).
